6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. | Pre-Barre Mingle: Arrive early to settle in, grab a drink, snack, and catch up with friends in the lobby.
7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. | The Workout: An exclusive, light core-focused session in the studio.
8:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. | Post-Barre Sips: Wind down after class with a glass of wine, beer, or sparkling water.
