Instructional aides in every classroom enable our students to receive more individualized attention and differentiated instruction, both of which are critical to academic success. FOM funding makes it possible for students to have full time aides in Kindergarten, 2-3 hours per day in Grades 2-3, and up to 1.5 hours per day in the Grades 4-5.
